Social Committee

Mission:  The mission of the Social Committee is to identify, plan and organize social events for the SCPDFA

Membership that promote getting to know one another better and having the opportunity to spend time with other like-
minded people residing in Sun City Peachtree.

Activities: Plan Socials and Events.  
a. Plan and decide for ‘socials’ to get to know one another better.
b. [Late breakfast social, speakers in April, May, potlucks, field trips, international dinner, open mike, popcorn,
quarterly socials, donation drives, etc.]
c. Attend/participate in Club Expo January 8, 2023. [DONE!!!]
d. Create opportunities for informal gatherings in which Democrats can speak freely about political issues with like-minded individuals.
e. Plan events to support the exchange of ideas in addition to our regular monthly meetings.
f. Plan and decide for socials to get together after hours.
g. Field trips to events /sites of interest to Democrats
